Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Hodgewood Gaming Ltd. This policy explains when and how you may return Products and how refunds are processed.
- Terms of Return
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Condition of Return
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns may be refused if items are damaged due to misuse, opened where sealed packaging is required for resale, or show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to check the item.
- Reasons for Return
You may return a Product if you change your mind within the 14 day cooling-off period. You may also return a Product if it is defective, faulty, or not as described.
- How to Initiate a Return
To arrange a return, please contact us in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Costs of Return
If you are returning a Product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. If the Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds will include the standard delivery cost you originally paid, but not any additional premium delivery services.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different Product, you should return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
